Tyus Jones Tweets Love to Fans After Weekend Visit to Kansas Jayhawks
Top ranked point guard Tyus Jones already has a gold medal as well as a state champhionship, but he is fixing things to ensure he has a good shot at a national championship in college. He is a package recruiting deal with the top ranked player in the class Jahlil Okafor, and they recently returned from an official recruiting visit to the Kansas Jayhawks. Head coach Bill Self is no stranger to recruiting success, because he landed Andrew Wiggins last spring. The coach would be more than happy to welcome Jones and Okafor though, so the wait on their decision will be highly anticipated.
2014 PG Tyus Jones … RT @Tyusjones06: Had a good visit at KU this weekend. Thanks to the fans for showing love. Rock chalk.

Self was wise to schedule another scrimmage on Saturday so that Jones and Okafor could check out some of the current players. We will see if that makes the difference, but something tells me in the end it is going to come down to the Blue Devils. It pains me to admit that, so you know it is the truh. So there it is.
We should know a lot more after the duo’s visit to Durham next weekend, but it does feel a bit like this Jayhawks visit was just kind of squeezed in. Does it not? Or is that just me?
I just let you all know where my head is at folks, and think the Jayhawks might just miss out on this one.
