Well here we are folks. It has been a long process following the recruitment of point guard Tyus Jones center and Jahlil Okafor, but the end is near. They recently pated a visit to the Kansas Jayhawks, and it appears to have gone well.
“Our visit was great,” Debbie Jones, Tyus’ mother, told SNY.tv. “Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.”
We will have to see if he son enjoyed it as much as she did. We should know by early November, and as the piece below points out, wherever they decide to go will become a title contender in 2014. That is no exaggeration, and that is why there is so much hype around these two young ballers.

The Duke Blue Devils bat cleanup on this one, so we will just have to wait and see how that goes this weekend. Something tells me they will have some good fortune on their side as well as a lot of effort and money.
In other good news for my regular readers, received word today that I will have a chance to attend the Champions Classic, which will feature Jabari Parker and Andrew Wiggins among many other talents. It would not surprise me to see Jones and Okafor play in the Classic one day, and it could end up being only one year from now. It is amazing how time flies folks, so enjoy every moment.
