Coach K Will Use Jabari Parker Like LeBron James in Olympics
My glee for the upcoming Jabari Parker game cannot be contained much longer, and it is doing to be a beautiful battle between him and Andrew Wiggins. These two are going to play each other competitively so much in the future, and I cannot wait to see how this thing starts off because it will affect the future of their relationship.
Saw the tweet below from the ever brilliant Fran Fraschilla who claims Parker will be used in the same way LeBron James was used on Coach K’s Olympic team.
Jabari Parker is no LeBron but he'll be used by Coach K the way LeBron is used on Olympic team–at all five positions. He's positionless.

This is quite wise and he has already shown his skill in the exhibition games as well as his thunderous dunk during Midnight Madness. The rivalry between Wiggins and Parker will be fascinating to watch develop and think it has the potential of landing in the Bird-Magic land of mutual respect because they are both so good. It will be interesting to see how Parker handles adversity, because as we all know he famously won four state titles in high school. That is what we call in the ‘biz: baller.
Parker will live in the post this year and he will also be needed for blocking shots and rebounding. It will also be interesting to see if he has added any new tweaks to his game in the offseason, and something tells me he has been working his tail off.
Keep an eye out later today for a piece on Wiggins, and stay tuned on November 12th for my coverage of what will be their memorable battle.
