Small forward Andrew Wiggins’ college debut is almost here folks and I cannot freaking wait for it to happen.
I will be at his matchup with Jabari Parker a week from Tuesday, so keep an eye on our college basketball section for some great exclusive content. We all better enjoy Wiggins in college while we can, because it is not going to last very long
Wiggins was recently asked what his favorite thing about Kansas is and he responded “being able to enjoy my last year of school”.
Thanks to the tweet below for the update.

Bill Self recently called this easily the “most athletic team” he has ever coached, so you can bet that will see some plays above the rim this season. You can count me in, and honestly will probably DVR every basketball game of Wiggins that I can and encourage you to do the same if you love college basketball. It is going to be a fireworks show folks especially on November 12th.
Wiggins’ athleticism in particular is what projects him to be the top pick in next summer’s draft, and it is also the lynchpin around which the Jayhawks must build this season. You could definitely argue that Parker or even Julius Randle might be a bit more polished at the moment, but it is my job to try and predict what Wiggins’ future looks like. It looks plenty bright to me, and we will have to see if he can make some magic happen next season in Lawrence.
