PG Emmanuel Mudiay Saluted SMU Mustang Fans For His Standing Ovation

Rant Sports- Dave Daniels

Emmanuel Mudiay is going to be a whole lot of fun to watch at the college basketball level, and it is a bit of a shame that most of his games will not be on national television. Before that though the top five player in the 2014 college basketball recruiting class has one more year of high school before going to the next level.

Saw the news below that he received a standing ovation while attending a game, and he saluted back.

If Mudiay can find his way back to the National High School Invitational, then hopefully I can see him play a couple more times and get a clearer view on what the future of his game could be.
His Prime Prep squad fell short in the semifinals last April, but his play was noticeably good.

Russell Westbrook is an interesting comparison for him, which I like especially for their similarities on the defensive end. Hope that Mudiay greatly enjoys his last year of high school, btu you can bet that is a young man who has some big dreams and he is likely to make more than a few of them happen which is quite admirable don’t you think? I do.
