Small forward Stanley Johnson, ranked in the top ten of the 2014 college basketball recruiting class, recently announced his intention to join the Arizona Wildcats by holding up a pair of custom made Air Jordan 3s.

The reason he decided to roll with the Wildcat and head coach Sean Miller was because of persistent recruiting.
“The way they recruited me since my freshman year. Just the genuine nature of the coaches and the family atmosphere,” Johnson said to ESPNU.
Thanks to the tweet below for the alert to this.

Johnson will also not try and convince his buddy Aaron Gordon to stay in school either, who the small forward said is “long gone”. It is almost as if Gordon’s former high school teammate knows something…. hmmm.
Congratulations to Johnson and he will have a blast replacing Gordon’s production, but also do not look forward to them playing together because it will not happen.
