Jahlil Okafor is the top ranked player in the 2014 college basketball recruiting class, and he last Friday along with buddy Tyus Jones in Minnesota announced his intention to play for the Duke Blue Devils. Okafor’s father has been quite active over the years and he even took to twitter to try and recruit Justise Winslow to Duke as well. How social media-savvy of the elder Okafor.

Jahlil was at the Champions Classic last Tuesday to watch the doubleheader and was lucky enough to be in the building myself. Have seen some incredible games at the United Center including the Bulls snapping the Heat’s 27 game winning streak, but the Classic was a night of basketball will never forget in this life. If you missed any of my coverage of the games be sure to check it out on twitter. Winslow is still considering a number of schools and Duke is among them. Believe he even went on the visit with Okafor and Jones, so it will be interesting to see if there is any news that pops up in the next week or so.
Thanks for reading folks and also am writing betting line articles on NBA games, so if you follow that sort of thing be sure to check out our NBA section as well. Those articles publish in the mornings for folks interested.
Shoutout to Okafor’s dad for social media use, and you can bet will keep track of Winslow’s recruitment for you all because that is what I do bitches.
