Justise Winslow could apparently make his recruiting decision Wednesday according to Evan Daniels of Fox Sports. Have not heard any whispers yet about where he might end up, but news did come out recently that Jahlil Okafor’s father was trying to recruit Winslow. We will see how that works out for the Okafors who had a very happy day last Friday. Thanks to the tweet from Daniels below for the update, and we will see tomorrow if it ends up actually going down.
Justise Winslow did tell me late last week that Wednesday could be decision day. It would add up & make sense based on what I'm hearing.

My money is on the boys in Durham, but you cannot discount the fact that Billy Donovan got to coach Winslow over the summer. If that was a pleasant experience for Winslow, then Donovan might just have the inside track. Have not heard that is the case, but just have a lot of respect for Donovan as a coach so am not ruling it out. It is kind of a shame Donovan has not had better luck with recruiting, because we have seen what he can do with a team that has NBA level talent on the roster. Bradley Beal was a great player for him, but the shooting guard did not really have a reliable big man to throw the ball to. It is hard to win basketball games by just jacking up three pointers.
We will have to see what Donovan’s luck is tomorrow and you can bet that we will have an update for you here at Rant Sports Prep. Keep an eye out for a piece on Cliff Alexander later tonight.
