Arizona Wildcats Commit Stanley Johnson Shows Off Athleticism at Paul Pierce Fall League
Stanley Johnson caused many in the desert to rejoice recently when the forward, who is ranked top ten in the 2014 class according to ESPN, committed to the Arizona Wildcats in truly awesome manner by holding up a pair of custom made Jordan shoes bearing the Wildcats “A” logo. If you are not familiar with his game and are a Wildcats’ fan, just do yourself a favor and check out his latest highlights from the Paul Pierce Fall League.

Johnson has an athletic game, and his progress should definitely be fun to monitor during his freshman season with the Wildcats. He still has a year of high school ball left though and get used to his name because it would not surprise me to see him the McDonald’s All American game, which should be able to attend this year if schedule remains as free in the Spring as it is currently. So definitely keep an eye out for coverage of that game, and you might even get to see Johnson out there.
He will unfortunately (most likely) not get to play with his former high school teammate Aaron Gordon at the college level, but you also never know what could happen in the future. Hell, they could even play in the pros together one day in the pros if things shake out the right way.
That is all for Rant Sports Prep today folks, but be sure to stop by tomorrow and check out pro basketball previews, TV schedules, and betting lines in the morning.
