Point guard Tyus Jones and center Jahlil Okafor will go to college together one day, but until that time we will see them face off a couple times this season. At least once during the regular season in a matchup that will be on ESPN December 12th, and possibly even in some of the postseason All American games as well.
They could be on the same team in those games, but not totally sure about that. Thanks to the tweet below for the update, and if you are a basketball lover just trust me. You do not want to miss this one; it could end up being the kind of game you will be glad to tell your kids you watched live.

Jones and Okafor met in third grade, which is as adorable as it is literary. You cannot make this kind of stuff up, which is why truth is so much better than fiction at times. It will be a bro-mance for the ages if they do not drift apart Jalen Rose- Chris Webber style.
Thanks for reading, and be sure to keep an eye out later for a piece on Jones’ triple-double tonight if intrigued. Have a happy Thanksgiving out there folks and be sure to eat some extra gravy for me.
