Arizona Wildcats Commit Stanley Johnson Gets “Kobe Treatment” In Latest Scrimmage
Eric Sondheimer wrote recently for the LA Times that Stanley Johnson go the “Kobe Treatment” with the other team (Crepsi) calling him by his first name during the scrimmage.
Thanks to Sondheimer for taking some video of Johnson’s dunk attempts that show a truly elite ability to attack the rim, and also for the tweet below where you can check the video out.

The LA Times writer was also impressed by Crespi guard Max Heidegger who is only a sophomore. We will have to keep an eye on his development down the line, but if he can compete consistently against talent like Johnson then we will see about a college offer.
Johnson recently committed to the Arizona Wildcats in a truly awesome and relaxed manner. He help up a pair of custom made Air Jordans that held up the Wildcats logo, and then lit up the camera with a huge smile. Johnson was the high school teammate of current Wildcats freshman sensation Aaron Gordon, although in all likelihood they will never play for the same college team. Maybe one day in the pros though…
Thanks for reading folks, and stay safe out there on the roads. Most of the times safe is better off than fast. Hope everyone had a pleasant Thanksgiving, and for me it is right back to the grind. #NoDaysOfff #ExceptThanksgiving
