The tweet below from Jeff Goodman made me want to ruminate on whether Tyus Jones would start for the Duke Blue Devils next season, so much thanks for the inspiration.
The most fascinating question looking ahead to the 2014-15 Duke Blue Devils is what Coach K does with PG spot and Tyus Jones/Quinn Cook.

Jones is an elite player who recently committed to the Blue Devils along with top ranked player Jahlil Okafor. They were also joined recently by Justise Winslow, which should likely make them the preseason number one in 2014.
Even if Quinn Cook starts at first for the Blue Devils, it would be pretty hard to imagine them passing on Jones for the whole season. My personal opinion is that it will not be much of a battle, but that is just because of what I’ve seen from Jones’ mix tapes. He is truly inspiring and his skill set combination is something that will be truly difficult to combat with at the college level. The fact they teamed up seems not to be truly fair, but that is the way it goes when we live in a world where LeBron James teams up with the best in the world instead of combatting the best. The young-ins learned from LeBron, and here we are.
Will be watching the Apple Valley guard as much as I can this year, and you can bet that I will be following his year quite closely.
