Jones helped lead his school to a state title last season, and it would not surprise me if he wins another one this season. It would be a pretty good way to cap off his senior year, and you can bet that the young floor general has victory on his mind.
Jones and Okafor committed to the Blue Devils simultaneously despite being in separate states, which is what modern technology makes possible. They met in third grade, but it was while playing together internationally over the summers that they first concocted the idea to go to school together. And now we are here. They play against each other, which should be quite interesting on December 12th in a game which will air on ESPN2 so keep an eye out. Thanks for reading folks, and look out for big things from Rant Sports in 2014!
