Minnetonka Fans Chant Overrated as Duke Blue Devils Commit Tyus Jones Dropped 38 Points On Them
Tyus Jones recently kicked off his senior season of high school basketball and his recent effort was quite impressive. The Duke Blue Devils commit scored 38 points while other schools fans chanted “overrated”, which is is just bad form for any basketball fans thinking of starting a chant. Much thanks to Josh Rodgers for the alert to this one.
Minnetonka fans chanting "Gopher Reject" and "Overrated" at @Tyusjones06 after he chooses Duke…meanwhile, he drops 38 on them. haha

Jones committed to the Blue Devils in a joint press conference along with the top ranked player in the country, Jahlil Okafor. Most analysts have agreed that this will make the Blue Devils the preseason number on in 2014.
If forward Jabari Parker stays in school, then they could have a squad that has the chance of running the table in an undefeated season. Know it is early to throw that out there, but Parker has said in the past that he wants to enjoy college so it would not surprise me. It is definitely something interesting to keep an eye on, and it is worth noting here as well that Parker and Okafor were AAU teammates back in the day and talk often on the phone.
As far as Jones goes? Before he comes to help the Blue Devils he will try to take Apple Valley to a second state title.
