Daniel Hamilton sent Whitney Young (IL) and Jahlil Okafor home with a loss at the Chicago Elite Classic, and it appears the Connecticut Huskies are getting a baller who is not afraid of the moment.
“I love it,” said Hamilton to the Chicago Sun Times after hitting the buzzer beater. “I wait for that moment, it’s what I live for.”
Pretty cool from the future Husky, and his college career buzzer beaters should be an interesting statistic to keep track of at the next level for him in particular.
Always love reading free content from Rivals analyst Eric Bossi, which you can check out in the tweet below.

Bossi touches on Cliff Alexander’s excellent weekend as well and that was impressive from the commit who drew a lot of heat after some questionable decision making. He is a teenager folks, and the reality is that we all made some borderline stupid decision when we were in high school.
Watching Hamilton ball for the Huskies should be fun and in the meantime will keep track of how he fares this season. Look for Okafor to come out angry in his net game though because he tweeted out after the game that they would be “good”. We will just have to see about that on Thursday night on ESPN2! If you cannot wait for that one in the meantime, and you are craving basketball then you know where to go folks.
