Arizona Wildcats commit Stanley Johnson impressed over the weekend at the Tarkanian Classic, and the athletic forward ended up winning MVP.

Much thanks to Ball is Life for tweeting this below where you can also check out highlights if you so desire.

Wildcat fans certainly have a lot to cheer about this year, and that will not change when Johnson arrives on campus. He will most likely not get to play with former high school teammate Aaron Gordon, but the Mater Dei (CA) forward will shine in his own right. Johnson has won three state titles already in high school, and he is aiming at number four right now and will definitely keep track of that quest here at Rant Sports. His highlights have impressed me so far, and looking forward to the day that get to see this young player in person.

Three more Prep pieces coming your way, and then also be sure to check out my pro basketball previews. Hope everyone had a happy and safe Holiday; excited to get back on my grind in the coming year and hopefully will keep getting better. Rant Sports is in for a big 2014, and if you haven’t heard of us yet then will try to fix that by 2015.
