Tyus Jones’ One Handed Dunk Showed Surprising Athleticism in Last T-Wolves Shootout Game
Tyus Jones recently balled out at his third and final T-Wolves shootout, and he threw down a one-handed dunk that you just have to see for yourself. Mark Remme below called it the best game dunk he has ever seen from a high school player. Wow.

Jones was clearly making some kind of statement with that dunk, but mainly he was trying to give his team a momentum swing. That is something he definitely did, and from what I’ve seen from Jones and Apple Valley (MN) this season it would be a surprise if they did not win the state title. He saw that the defender was in the restricted area, and the point guard made his opponent look foolish as a result with an electrifying poster dunk.
That is all for Prep today, and hope you all stay warm out there! As always some fortune cookie wisdom, and if anyone has a better name for this little daily inspirational quote thing then feel free to hit me up on twitter. Believe “fortune cookie wisdom” is a word used in Moneyball and it has just kind of been stuck in my brain since seeing that movie.
