Arizona Wildcats Commit Stanley Johnson Unsurprisingly Nominated for McDonald’s All American Consideration
Small forward Stanley Johnson’s stellar play in the first half of the high school season has been rewarded with consideration for the McDonald’s All American team, which comes as no great surprise here at Rant Sports. Honestly, the bigger surprise would have been if the forward was not in consideration; he should make the team easily and shine in the All Star game. Much thanks to @ExhoopsMC for tweeting this below about the Arizona Wildcats commit.

Mater Dei (CA) certainly has a special player on their hands, and the forward has been putting up truly gaudy numbers in the early season. If you have missed any of the highlight reels, then it is definitely worth a couple minutes of your time especially if you like thundering dunks.
Johnson is going for his fourth state title this year, and it is a quest we are definitely keeping an eye on here at Rant Sports Prep. Wildcats head coach Sean Miller will be lucky enough to have Johnson join the program in college, but until then there is still quite a lot of high school ball left to play.
One more Prep piece coming at you today, and then be sure to stop by tomorrow for some more previews.
