Duke Blue Devils Commit Tyus Jones Scores Twenty-Seven in Win Over Burnsville
Tyus Jones committed to the Duke Blue Devils back in November, and interestingly enough the point guard is not the most high profile commit in the 2014 college backetball recruiting class. In fact, he is not even the most high profile commit to his own team; that would be his package recruiting deal buddy, Jahlil Okafor who happens to be the top ranked player in the class. They are both monumental talents in their own right, but Jones in particular was balling recently against Burnsville. Much love to Pulley Hoops for tweeting this below.

Jones came up short in December when his Apple Valley (MN) squad came up short against Whitney Young (IL) and Okafor. It certainly gave Minnesota some high profile basketball though, so it is not like the residents that got to see the game are complaining. Come to think of it, no complaints here either, because the game was on ESPN2 and believe it is actually still on my DVR.
Watching these two play together at the college will be fascinating, because for an opposing head coach there is no real way to completely take away both players. Yes, sir; it is going to be a long year for any opponents of the Blue Devils, and the Cameron Crazies will think they have died and gone to recruiting-luck heaven.
One more piece about the up and coming ballers in America, and then going to strap on the prune slippers for the night.
