ESPN Ranks Arizona Wildcats Commit Stanley Johnson Above Jayhawks Commit Kelly Oubre
Small forward Stanley Johnson was ranked ahead of Kelly Oubre in the latest opinion piece on ESPN, and it broke down their respective games quite nicely.

Just a brief excerpt from the article in case you did not check out the excellent material from Paul Biancardi.
“Johnson continues to score in a variety of ways and will be a mismatch as smaller defenders will struggle with his power and strength,” Biancardi wrote. “And bigger players will have a tough time with his speed, skill and mobility.”
Have to agree with the analyst on this one, and it would be fun to see them match up against each at the college level; let us hope we should be so lucky. In the meantime, will be keeping an eye on Johnson’s quest for a fourth state title which would put him firmly in legendary status at least as a high school player in California. He was also named to the U.S. Hoop Summit Team recently, so congratulations are in order for that.
One more Prep piece later tonight, and then be sure to stop by for some previews tomorrow morning. Might have some special surprise articles coming this weekend, but stay tuned on that front. Thanks as always.
