Particularly enjoyed Emmanuel Mudiay’s comments about the man the day is named after.
“I feel like he changed the whole world,” Mudiay said to Jason Jordan of USA TODAY Sports. “And now African Americans can play in any sport and not be judged by their color, but by their game.”
The point guard is a top five player in his class, and he has stated publicly the goal to get back to the National High School Invitational.
They have unfortunately moved it to Madison Square Garden, which will definitely make it higher profile but it will also break the tournament up into a couple different sites which is kind of a shame.
