Aaron Gordon is helping the Arizona Wildcats to an incredible season, but it remains to be seen how it will end. One thing is for sure though, his past high school teammate Stanley Johnson will be following Gordon’s college footsteps although they will most likely not play together again.
Jeff Borzello of CBS broke down how Johnson will fit with the Wildcats quite nicely, and he touches on some other recruits as well.

If you missed it, then here is a brief excerpt about Johnson and what his role will be next season.
“He’s one of the more powerful wing scorers in the country,” Borzello writes. “And with Aaron Gordon likely going pro, Johnson should slide in effectively at the small forward position. His athleticism and attacking mindset will make him a huge asset in transition as well.”
We will have to see if Borzello is right about Gordon going pro, but something tells me he is right about that one; that would certainly open up an opportunity for Johnson and he could even win Pac 12 player of the year. That is all for Prep today, and we will have to see if these predictions end up being prophetic.
