SMU Mustangs Commit Emmanuel Mudiay Attends Memphis Tigers Game

Dave Daniels- Rant Sports

Point guard Emmanuel Mudiay took in a SMU Mustangs game recently, and he does this quite often since his future college is so close. Much thanks to the tweet below for pointing this out and always enjoy the updates on Mudiay who has the highest potential of all the point guards in his class in my opinion.

Head coach Larry Brown has got to be pleased that Mudiay has shown so much enthusiasm for the program, and if the Mustangs can add Myles Turner to the mix then we could be talking about them as a dark horse contender when March rolls around. Mudiay’s goal of reaching NHSU is still reachable at this point, and if the point guard gets there then he could play the championship game at Madison Square Garden. He was certainly a player made for the bright lights, and there is no doubt in my mind that he will one day play ball professionally. Not sure on him how long he will stay in school, but whenever he does come out he will be a lottery pick barring any awful injury.

Hope you all are enjoying the Super Bowl, and keep an eye out for a few more pieces tonight covering all angles of basketball while we all watch a little football. My Papa Johns is on the way, so all is good here, and we will just have to see if Peyton Manning has one more great one left in the tank.
