Duke Blue Devils Commit Jahlil Okafor Looks Dominant Yet Again In Whitney Young’s Victory

Jahlil Okafor

Duke Blue Devils commit Jahlil Okafor has had a dominant season at the center position, and if you need even more proof then all you need to to do is check out the piece below.

Okafor is my current pick to win many of the player of the year awards, but Stanley Johnson is certainly in the mix as well after leading Mater Dei to a perfect regular season record. It will be a race to be remembered, but the crucial fact to keep an eye on is that this is quite a talented recruiting class and you will be seeing a lot of the players in pro ball sooner rather than later.

Adam Silver’s recent announcement that he wants to change the one-and-done rule to two years will be something to keep an eye on as well, but that will not happen in the foreseeable future either. Anyway, just some things that come off the top of the dome. All for Prep today, but be sure to check us out tomorrow as well if you feel the muse pull you. In the meantime, we will hit you with a bit of fortune cookie wisdom.
