Cliff Alexander impressed Rant Sports Prep quite a bit lately, and his push on Jahlil Okafor for the title of best player in the city is up for debate with a wonderful measuring stick. The two will face off on Friday night for the CPS title, and even though these two have been AAU teammates there will be no love lost between them tomorrow.
“Me and Cliff are really good friends,” said Okafor to SNY.tv. “But when we step between those lines, it’s going to be a good battle. But it’s pretty much Whitney Young vs. Curie, they’re No. 1 in the state, we’re considered No. 2. It’s going to be really fun.”
It should be immense fun; Alexander’s recent triple-double certainly set the stage for this game, and much thanks to D1Circuit for tweeting this below.

The match on Friday will certainly be watched here with great interest, and there will be a recap coming as well later on. Rant Sports Prep is hitting the clock for today, but we will hit you with a bit of fortune cookie wisdom to hopefully soothe the soul.
