Cliff Alexander deserves some serious praise at the moment, because the Curie (IL) center recently led the Condors to their first ever CPS title. Now, they will set their eyes on the state title behind the brilliant play of their go-to player, and it appears that the sky is the limit in the future for Alexander.
“Cliff is such a freak athlete,” sad Scout.com recruiting analyst Evan Daniels to Sports Illustrated. “His calling card is rebounding and just being athletic and tough and contesting shots. That’s where he’s at his best right now. He certainly has gotten better and has plenty to work with. There’s some significant upside there.”
Head coach Bill Self is most certainly happy about the upside of this Kansas Jayhawks commit, and you will be watching Alexander play professional basketball before too long. That is not so much a prediction as a guarantee. Here at Rant Sports Prep, we will simply look forward to who wins the next matchup between Alexander and Okafor, which could take place in the state playoffs. If not there, then toy can bet that I will be at the United Center on April 2nd to see these two face off at the McDonald’s All American game.
That is all for today, but will leave you with a bit of fortune cookie wisdom just in case that it comes in handy.
