Trey Lyles Will Add Defensive Toughness to Kentucky Wildcats Next Season

Trey Lyles has had a pretty amazing high school career so far, and Kentucky Wildcat fans had better get excited about this kid coming to Lexington. Paul Biancardi tweeted his respect for Lyles recantly, and the ESPN recruiting analyst also re-tweeted the forward’s stat line from the other day.

Lyles has a pretty complete defensive game, and his growing skill set on the offensive end is pretty fearsome as well. Also, anyone who has gained Biancardi’s respect is pretty alright in my book. We will have to see how the forward can finis out the year, but his play has done the speaking for him throughout his high school career.

Head coach John Calipari has definitely not taken his foot off the gas when it comes to recruiting, and it seems that the talent will just keep on pouring into Lexington; something tells me that as long as their players are going in the lottery, then things are not going to change in that regard.

That is all for Rant Sports Prep today, but will leave a bit of fortune cookie wisdom on your virtual doorstep before diving into a slideshow about who they should draft this summer in Mo-town.
