Arizona Wildcats Commit Stanley Johnson Gets To Fourth State Title Game in a Row
The Arizona Wildcats are getting an absolute prize in Stanley Johnson next season, and the high flying talent is one game away from having four state titles to his name.
Not too bad for a teenager right? Be sure to stay tuned in to Rant Sports Prep and we will keep you posted on how Johnson fares in the title game. He is one of the nominees for McDonald’s player of the year, so I will be interested to see which of the six nominees is selected tomorrow.

My money is on Jahlil Okafor to win tomorrow, just because he is the hometown favorite. Cliff Alexander could get some consideration as well, but ultimately I think Okafor winning the state title on Saturday will tip the decision in his favor. I could be wrong, but that is just my gut feeling on the matter. Should be a lot of fun to see how it plays out, and proud to say that I will be in the room when the announcement is made. Might even be able to get some video of the moment live if I am quick enough with the camera.
You can bet my money wil still be on Johnson to win his fourth state title even though he is not my prediction to bring home the McDonald’s POY hardware tomorrow.
Stay tuned in to Rant Sports Prep for even more coverage of the McDonald’s All American practices and the game as well. It is going to be a fun couple weeks of basketball, and I hope you all are enjoying the content as much as I am enjoying dishing it out. All for Prep today, but tonight I’ll tackle the five things that the T-wolves can do this offseason to improve their chances of keeping Kevin Love in town. Fortune cookie wisdom for you, as always.
