Duke Blue Devil Commits Justise Winslow and Tyus Jones Show Nice Connection at Nike Hoop Summit
After watching the Nike Hoop Summit, I came to the realization as they were replaying all of Justise Winslow’s highlights after the first half that the ball always seemed to come from Tyus Jones. These two look like they have already built up some pretty nice chemistry, and that is partly what will make the Duke Blue Devils so dangerous next season.
Jalen Rose, one of my favorite analysts, recently predicted that the Blue Devils would get to the Final Four at the very least and I have to agree with him there. He even said that they would have a pretty good shot at a national title, and I have to agree there as well.
Jahlil Okafor will probably be the dominant piece on that team, but we still have yet to hear a final decision from Jabari Parker. Actually, we have heard that he has ruled out serving a mormon mission, which was a good call. But… we have not heard yet whether Parker is going to enter the draft or not, and that will be a crucial piece of news for Blue Devil nation to keep an eye on. If he comes back, then it would be difficult to envision anyone keeping up with all of that talent.
One more Prep piece is on the way today, but also be sure to keep an eye out for some bonus content as well today.
