Top 5 Reasons the Arizona Wildcats 2014 Recruiting Class Will Amaze You

The Arizona Wildcats' season did not end on the note that they wanted, but there is still cause for hope next year. The main reason is because of their stacked 2014 recruiting class, which should help them win the Pac 12 conference yet again. Head coach Sean Miller has continued his dominance of West Coast recruiting; no one is stopping him out there that is for sure, and it is hard to argue with the results.

You have probably heard of him, because he was a finalist for many of the national player of the year awards. He should be Pac-12 freshman of the year, and it would not shock me at all to see him named to the preseason first team.

4. Dusan Ristic

You haven't heard of the center out of Sunrise Chrisitian Academy (CA), but you will remember Dusan Ristic once he gets a bit of playing time for the Wildcats. He stands at 6-foot-11, and coach Miller will have plenty of options at big man on the roster. It remains to be seen if Ristic will start or not for the Wildcats.

3. Lack of Competition

The UCLA Bruins have not been a serious threat to the Arizona Wildcats in the last couple seasons, and it should be no different next year. If the Bruins want to start winning the conference, then I would suggest that they start landing some of their elite in-state basketball recruits.

Kadeem Allen is the best four star recruit that you've probably never heard of. That is because he is a junior college transfer, and so he has not been as hyped as some of the younger players. The Wildcats will be impressed by the 6-foot-3, 180 pound guard's feel for the game, and he will help Johnson to spread out the floor.

Miller has proven himself to be a fantastic recruiter, but that is not all. He is also able to get his talent to buy into his system, which a lot of folks do not give him enough credit for. The Wildcats head coach is what we call a stabilizing force at the Daniels' household; expect them to make a Final Four next season, because this class is absolutely brimming with talent.
