High School Softball Umpire Makes Most Egregious 'Out' Call in History of Sports

Umpires at every level of baseball/softball are required to go through training to understand all the rules of the sport.

While there are some truly obscure rules in both sports, learning the difference between a player being safe or out should be one of the easiest to make unless it’s a bang-bang play.

Unfortunately, this high school softball umpire clearly doesn’t understand the difference between safe and out as he makes the worst call of all time.
