The schedule for WrestleCon 2013 is out and ready for public viewing.
For those unfamiliar, WrestleCon is the biggest wrestling fan experience of the year, as it encompasses all areas and aspects of professional wrestling both mainstream and Indie. Look at this as the “Comic Con” for Pro Wrestling fans.
This weekend long event, will take place at the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus, NJ from April 5th-7th 2013. As you can see, this is paralleling with WWE Wrestlemania 29 weekend, taking place in East Rutherford, New Jersey at Giants Stadium. Making this one of the most unparalleled weekend long events for pro wrestling all year. The Meadowlands Expo Center is only 3 miles away from Giants Stadium, really making the overall experience an easy convenience.
All of the top Indie promotions are expected to participate in this experience. Dragon Gate USA, CHIKARA, SHIMMER, Combat Zone Wrestling and EVOLVE will participate in live events throughout the weekend.
Below is the Schedule for the weekend
Friday April 5th: EVOLVE 4pm-6:30 (live event) / Combat Zone Wrestling 8:30pm-10:30pm (live event)
Saturday April 6th: WrestleExpo 9am-5pm (various promotions; meet and greet) / SHIMMER 12pm-2:30pm (live event) / CHIKARA 4pm-6:30pm (live event) / Dragon Gate USA 6pm-10:30pm (live event) / 5 Dollar Wrestling 11:55pm – 2am (live event)
Sunday April 7th: WrestleExpo 9am-5pm (various promotions; meet and greet) / Dragon Gate USA 1pm-3:30pm (live event)
Ticket Prices for the events is $20.00 for a single day and $30.00 for the weekend pass. However, please note that the passes DO NOT include the live wrestling shows. Those tickets are sold separately per show.
