What Are The Greatest Elimination Matches In Survivor Series History?
Come For The Beating; Stay For The Elimination!
It is a crime to have the WWE Thanksgiving Tradition without having the ever so popular, "Classic Survivor Series Match" or some element of an elimination match. Ever since the start of the the annual pay per view we have always taken in the quality showcase of seeing either a 4 on 4 match, a 5 on 5 match or even a 10 on 10 match! It was this element that would always make the PPV very unique. Going into the PPV, you would have a high anticipation of looking forward to seeing some of your all time favorite talent on the current roster, possibly in the ring at the same doing battle. But What made this even better, would be the fact that the match would not stop just after one fall, but until ALL men in the match were eliminated and one winning team (or one man) was left standing. The Survivor Series has given us elimination matches of some sort, in some kind of way. Its the purpose of these kinds of matches that have a perfect parallel with the title of the program. And with it being so close to Thanksgiving every year, it makes Bobby Heenan's words stay with you as someone would be eliminated "He'll be slurping his turkey through a straw after tonight". And in some cases this was true. This list is the Top 10 All Time Survivor Series Elimination Matches. After sifting through the never ending cornucopia of in ring action, this was rather difficult to narrow it down to just 10 as they all have left an indelible impression in all fans. So, lets all take a look and see who/what is the sole survivor in this list. Maurice D. Proffit is a Writer for Rant Sports
