We now know the full contents of the much anticipated release of the WWE Attitude Era DVD and Blu-ray set thanks to WWEDVDNews.com
The impressive set comes in as a three-disc DVD or two-disc Blu-ray set and will be available to purchase from November 20th. It will include a documentary highlighting the best and most famous moments from that era. Also, there are over eight hours worth of matches and other memorable moments from what was arguably the best ever era in professional wrestling history.
My only gripe is that it does not include any moments from the year 2001. The first four months of that year were awesome as it was the build-up to WrestleMania 17. Still, this is a great looking set that will please WWE fans alike.
With the recent release of WWE ’13 which also focused on the Attitude Era, it appears the company is trying to appeal to the older fans that may have stopped watching professional wrestling altogether. This is a smart move since WrestleMania 29 is just around the corner…
