The Undertaker Might Be At Extreme Rules

Because of the injuries that some of the top stars have been suffering as of late, it’s highly possible that we might see The Undertaker wrestling at WWE Extreme Rules this year.

For the past two years, Undertaker only appeared to wrestle at WrestleMania only. This is because he’d been suffering from multiple injuries that prevented him from competing in more matches. Not to mention, that’s he’s nearly 50 years old and is likely to retire soon.

Because of CM Punk’s recent knee injury, the company lacked a major star that could travel on its European tour. Thankfully, Undertaker was healthy enough to do the job. This is the first time fans have seen him wrestle outside of WrestleMania in two years.

Undertaker already competed at Raw as he teamed up with Kane and Daniel Bryan to face off against The Shield. He then went on to compete in a rare singles match against Dean Ambrose on Smackdown, too.

In both matches, Undertaker looked very healthy and is still a very huge fan favorite. Now that John Cena is in bad shape, the company is thinking of adding Undertaker to the Extreme Rules PPV to add more star power.

Cena is still scheduled to face off against Ryback for the WWE Title, although this isn’t certain now thanks to his injury. It might be a good idea if Undertaker faced Ryback instead. This is a match that hasn’t happened before and it will be a good way to elevate Ryback.
