Vince McMahon Doesn’t See “Money” In A Current WWE Star
Shawn Michaels has revealed in a recent interview that he talked with Vince McMahon recently about a certain wrestler. Michaels says McMahon doesn’t see “money” in this certain wrestler.
The internet went up in arms because it was assumed that McMahon was referring to Daniel Bryan. Michaels responded to a fan on Twitter saying it’s not Bryan, nor was it Dolph Ziggler either. He did not want to reveal who it was, but that he is over six feet tall and around 250 pounds.
It obviously wouldn’t make sense for McMahon to criticizing Bryan. Bryan has been receiving the biggest push of his life and is reported to be facing John Cena for the WWE Title real soon. Not to mention, Bryan is popular with the fans right now and always puts on decent matches.
Some people are speculating that McMahon doesn’t see “money” in Curtis Axel. This could be true as Axel was kept off television for over two years and only came back this year. Axel is a favorite of Triple H, but it doesn’t look like McMahon shares the same opinion of him.
If Axel is the man McMahon was referring to, I cannot help but agree with him. Axel is a decent wrestler, but I don’t think he has what it takes to become a great main event star. His wrestling is okay, but not exciting. He’s also boring on the microphone and his character lacks any charisma.
Maybe his manager Paul Heyman can help him out but as of right now, I don’t see him becoming huge anytime soon.
