Hulk Hogan left TNA a few weeks ago after his contract expired. It looks likely now he will never return.

Hogan tweeted over the weekend that he’s not going back to TNA. It was speculated by some that he would sign with TNA again if the WWE turned him down. It looks like Hogan is setting his eyes for a WWE return if he’s not keen on going back to TNA ever again.

This adds even more fuel to the fire that Hogan will be wrestling (or at least attending) WrestleMania XXX next year. Hogan was featured prominently in this year’s WWE 2K14 video game mainly because it featured the huge “30 Years of WrestleMania” mode. Hogan coming back to the company and show that made him famous in the first place is a fitting tribute to his legendary career.

I’m sure the folks over at TNA will not be missing Hogan too much. Hogan made a lot of expensive decisions which eventually made the company poorer than before. The biggest blunders Hogan made was to move their Impact show on Monday nights to compete with Raw and also to take TNA on the road. Both of these decisions backfired on TNA and it’s one of the reasons why the company is in need to get rid of so much talent in recent days.

As for the WWE, I’m sure they will welcome back Hogan with open arms. Vince McMahon likes money and Hogan returning for WrestleMania XXX is sure to be a huge talking point among wrestling fans and analysts around the world.
