There have been hints that Hulk Hogan may come back to wrestle at WrestleMania XXX. The latest reports indicate that he might team up with John Cena.

Ever since Hogan left TNA, there have been many rumors of his return to the WWE. Hogan was crucial in the company’s success back in the ’80s. If it wasn’t for him, WrestleMania would have never existed. Hogan being at WrestleMania XXX will be a celebration of the event that has been going for three decades. Many people thought the first WrestleMania would be a bust, but it turned out to be very successful.

Some people thought Hogan would wrestle Cena at the event. This is kind of unlikely since Hogan’s body won’t be able to handle a match like that. A tag match would be better suited for him since he can rest on the outside and let Cena do most of the work. If this happens, the tag-team match will recall the first main event for WrestleMania when Hogan teamed up with Mr. T to face Paul Orndorff and Roddy Piper.

It would be interesting to see who Cena and Hogan will face if this match goes ahead. Them facing against Randy Orton and Triple H would be a good option. Orton was Hogan’s last WWE opponent as those two faced off back in SummerSlam 2006.

Plans always change in the WWE, so don’t get your hopes up. There is a chance that Hogan might not even appear at WrestleMania XXX at all. I remember the time when everyone thought Sting would wrestle Undertaker at WrestleMania XXVII. We all know that never happened. One hope fans can cling on is that Cena himself would like to see Hogan at the big show next year.
