WWE gave their audience a quality show this week. It comes off the heels of the big announcement (The WWE Network) and had some buzz. It will be interesting to see what kind of rating it gets with the main event having such a star power. WWE did not advertise this match whatsoever, which will hurt them a bit down the road, but the hardcore fan who watches Smackdown on a weekly basis will not mind. I just believe since they had a “Old School Raw” on Monday, that they could have advertised this match, especially since the New Age Outlaws were a part of the show.

Once again, John Cena was not on the show, but they did have Randy Orton appear in what was a pretty good back and forth action match with intercontinental champion Big E. Langston.

There was no diva’s action on this, but I would rather have none then just a match we have seen already, which I believe most fans can agree with. Also, they once again did a nice job of not having too much filler on the show. The only filler we really had a was an eight man tag team match that involved Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara and Los Matadores defeat The Real Americans, Ryback and Curtis Axel. I have no clue why this is on, except for one factor. It gets several teams on the show that would normally not be on the show. If I am wrong, then I have no clue. I have no problem with it and it gives everyone the chance to do something on TV.

5. Big Show Challenging Brock Lesnar

The reason this makes the top five is because Miz didn’t talk much and it was straight to the point by the Big Show. Paul Heyman was of course brilliant on the microphone.

These guys have a good match each week and we got a preview for what is to come Monday night for Raw.

3. Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan Backstage Promos

Bray Wyatt is gold during promos, but that is well documented. The reason I put this at No. 3 was because we finally heard Daniel Bryan talking like a Wyatt. We know why he is doing this, because everything is a lie. Check it out.

2. Randy Orton vs Big E Langston

This match was a straight brawl and the first five minutes were really rough to watch. Down the stretch, these two turned it into a good match and a good one to see.

1. The Shield vs CM Punk and The New Age Outlaws

This was the highlight of the show. I don’t know why they skipped the New Age Outlaws entrance, because that is the best part of their act. Anyways, if you noticed, Roman Reigns won the match, as this was a part of his current push. This match stole the show and you should definitely check it out.
