Kurt Angle has been wrestling hurt in TNA. For the sake of his health, he should rest up and return to the WWE when his contract is up.
It’s being reported that Angle has been wrestling hurt in TNA against the orders of his doctors. He was supposed to get knee surgery earlier this year, but held it off to go on TNA’s UK tour. It seems that has backfired because Angle has hurt his ankle and is currently in a wheelchair.
Angle initially left the WWE back in 2006 because he was wrestling hurt and was needing to take pain killers. He then jumped to TNA and loved it there because the schedule was much lighter and he could rest a bit more. Now it seems TNA is making him work like a horse, and it would be better if Angle went to the WWE instead.
Angle’s TNA contract expires in August or September. I think it’s now time he went back to the WWE as Vince McMahon could let him come back on a part-time basis. McMahon doesn’t care if wrestlers work full-time anymore as Brock Lesnar, Rob Van Dam, Chris Jericho and the Rock have signed part-time contracts. Not to mention, the WWE has been more careful with its talent and is letting them take more time off due to injuries.
Angle himself has even said that there’s tons of new wrestlers he could face in WWE. Angle vs. Daniel Bryan would be an epic encounter. He could also have great matches with others such as Dolph Ziggler and Kofi Kingston, just to name a few.
