Hulk Hogan has revealed that he is about to make a huge announcement regarding WrestleMania XXX. What will he be revealing?
Hogan has already been revealed as the official host for WrestleMania XXX. He’s actually been really good at endorsing the WWE since he came back to the company. He’s appeared on many talk shows and has plugged both WresteMania XXX and the WWE Network at the same time. Since The Rock wasn’t able to be involved this year, Hogan has been WWE’s man to promote them on a more mainstream basis.
It will be interesting to see what type of announcement Hogan will be revealing. We know the man cannot be wrestling, since this is the reason why he’s been the host. He will be making the announcement on Raw in front of everyone, so it must be something quite big. Reports have not been leaked about what he will be saying, so this will be news to everyone come Monday.
A lot of people are speculating he might be adding a third competitor to the WWE World Heavyweight Title match. As of right now, there are only two heels in the match, as Randy Orton and Batista are both bad guys. I don’t think Hogan can do that (even from a storyline standpoint), because he’s only a host and Triple H is currently in charge. Not to mention Daniel Bryan is wanting to face Triple H at WrestleMania XXX, even though the fans themselves don’t want to see that match.
Maybe his announcement isn’t big and he’ll just say that there is a Piper’s Pit segment or that he’ll be inducting Ultimate Warrior into the Hall of Fame this year. Whatever it is, we’ll have to wait until Monday to find out.
