Bray Wyatt needs to secure a clean victory over John Cena to solidify his growing future in the WWE.
2014 marks the dawning of a new era of wrestlers. Fans are sick and tired of seeing the likes of Cena, Randy Orton, Big Show, Batista and others hogging the spotlight. It’s now time for young stars like Wyatt, The Shield and Daniel Bryan to prosper.
WrestleMania XXX was the beginning of the news stars cementing themselves as main event players. Bryan overcame Triple H, Orton and Batista all in one night. Cesaro amazed everyone while The Shield still looked strong and are still undefeated at WrestleMania.
The only young gun that lost was Wyatt as Cena stood tall that night. It was a very stupid decision, although Wyatt is still young and can bounce back from this setback. After all, Wyatt and Cena is set to face each other one more time at Extreme Rules.
Wyatt needs to get a victory over Cena at that PPV in order to leave his future growing bright. Cena has won so many times in the past that younger stars have never been able to break out. Cena killed Dolph Ziggler‘s momentum a few years ago. Not to mention, the careers of Damien Sandow and Ryback have been terrible after they lost multiple times to Cena last year.
Wyatt is still young, but he needs to look strong in order for his career to shine. If Cena keeps burying him, his career may not recover and he’ll be a jobber like many others who have fallen to Cena.
