The WWE has been known to mishandle talent since the day they ran the Northeast territory. That has not changed. There are talents within the WWE that could make the company tons of money, but they just aren't taking advantage of them. Here are the ten worst instances of 2014.

10. Bad News Barrett

The WWE gets somewhat of a pass here because Bad News Barrett suffered a serious shoulder injury, but even when he was healthy he wasn't going anywhere important. He had another useless Intercontinental Title run. He needs to be in another feud that could define his career.

9. Xavier Woods

Xavier Woods looked like he was going to do what everyone wanted him to do when he came out in the Brother Love suit a few months ago. The WWE did nothing with that. Apparently, the group still exists at house shows, but that isn't enough. Let them do their thing on TV and see what happens.

8. Kofi Kingston

The same thing goes for Kofi Kingston. The WWE has been stuck on what to do with the "Jamaican" superstar. They need to make him more aggressive. They have gotten everything they could possibly get out of his current character. It is time for a change.

7. Emma

It is a known entity for the WWE to mishandle its Divas talent. They have actually done a pretty good job with A.J. Lee and Paige, but Emma is another great diva who deserves a push. Her character doesn't make sense on the main roster, because they didn't tell her story. She got heat for her shoplifting fiasco, then became buried when Santino Marella was forced into retirement.

6. Damien Sandow

Damien Sandow did a lot of terrible stunts this year. He was a spaceman, Magneto, Bret Hart, Vince McMahon and just about any other bad gimmick short of the Gobbeldy Gooker. It is better now that he is the Miz's stunt double, but it doesn't make up for the fact that just a year ago, Sandow was the Money in the Bank winner.

5. Ryback

Ryback is hurt right now. There is no timetable for his return. Before that, they lost every sliver of momentum that Ryback had. Putting him with Curtis Axel didn't help. When he comes back, give him a mic and let him roll.

4. Cesaro

Cesaro has been with the second best manager in the company, dropped him for the best manager in the company, and then found himself alone within a few months. Cesaro and Paul Heyman could have really worked if the WWE did it right. Now they need to find something for this highly talented superstar to do until the next real feud comes.

Big E went from the lock down first ever African American WWE Champion, to a certified jobber in a matter of months. Another frustrated superstar who was a part of the Xavier Woods stable, Big E could have become an enforcer. Mark Henry is getting older. Big E could easily fall into that spot.

2. Bo Dallas

The Bo Dallas gimmick has created a ton of heat. Word was that WWE brass did not like the gimmick, but their job is to listen to the crowd. After a Jack Swagger feud that didn't even warrant a PPV match, now he is on to taking on Mark Henry. Will he even make it past Raw or Smackdown?

I will never understand why the WWE doesn't take advantage of what they have with Zack Ryder. It seems like a sick joke that they can't give him even the smallest amount of TV time. Everytime he is one TV, Twitter goes nuts. The crowd goes nuts. Utilize him.
