WWE legend Chyna, whose real name is Joanie Laurer, has passed away at 46 years old. She hadn’t been heard from for a few days so one of her friends went to her Redondo Beach, Calif. apartment to check on her Wednesday night and found her unresponsive in her bedroom.

Police don’t believe there was any foul play involved and TMZ is reporting that it could be a possible drug overdose. Laurer has battled drug problems in the past, and while TMZ says that no illegal drugs were found in the apartment, there were prescription drugs present. In 2008, Laurer appeared on ‘Celebrity Rehab’ after she had struggled with addiction for years.

Laurer was a trendsetter during her time in WWE. She beat a number of male wrestlers in the ring and was the first woman to enter the Royal Rumble.

Upon leaving WWE, Laurer appeared in six porn flicks and also did Playboy. She also appeared on VH1’s ‘The Surreal Life’ and then went to Japan to teach English.

RIP, Chyna.
