After reaching the Super Bowl last season, expectations will be high once again for the Patriots as they look to defend their AFC East title. Of course, as long as Tom Brady is healthy, this team is always going to be considered one of the strongest contenders in the AFC considering how many weapons they have on offense.
New England finished 13-3 in 2011 before falling to the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLVI. When looking at the schedule at a quick glance, the one matchup that sticks out is the old rivalry between Brady and Peyton Manning in Week 5–especially since he’s a member of the Broncos now.
