So the NFL Network has reported that Arnaz Battle has signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Also the finical terms of the David Carr deal has been announced, Two years for $6.25 million and $1.87 million in incentives.

Tony Pashos signed with the Cleveland Browns.
