The San Francisco 49ers are going to call Santa Clara home starting in 2015 when the $987 million stadium is complete, and now it will come equipped with a luxury hotel, restaurant, and bar complex right across the street, owned by a former legend.

Joe Montana has won the negotiating rights to the property, and plans to start developing the hotel complex soon. Among his investment group is former 49ers owned Eddie Bartolo Jr.
