25 - Mathieu Debuchy
Having just signed for Newcastle United, the attacking French right back will be keen catch the interest. It'll be intriguing to see how he gets on in the Premier League under Alan Pardew.
24 - Moussa Sissoko
This guy is freaking huge. The French 22 year old is the machine in the middle of Toulouse's midfield, and he's now being linked with a move to the Premier League. Could be one to keep an eye on.
23 - Stephan El Shaarawy
The 20 year old Italian attacking midfielder could have the year which really ignites his career with AC Milan.
21 - Christian Benteke
Villa's big 22 year old Belgian striker has been rather clinical since arriving in the Summer. Whether he stays at Aston Villa or not he is a beast. A beast.
22 - Papiss Cisse
The Senegalese striker is now the main man at Newcastle, after the sale of fellow country man, Demba Ba to Chelsea. Time to shine for the 27 year old.
20 - Michu
Swansea's inspired £2m Spanish signing, Michu has been one of the Premier League's sensations in 2012-13 so far. Can he keep it up?
19 - Eden Hazard
Chelsea's summer signing Eden Hazard has a big year ahead of him. A fairly average start to his Chelsea career needs to really now be kick-started in 2013. Can the Belgian do it?
18 - Wilfried Zaha
The 20 year old England International has captured the attention of various top Premier League teams. Whether his current club, Crystal Palace get promoted or not, it's likely he'll leave come the summer. A superb talent.
17 - Lewis Holtby
The 22 year old German has agreed to join Tottenham from his current club Schalke in July. He could be an exciting player and it will be interesting to see how he gets on in the Premier League next season!
16 - Daniel Sturridge
The England winger and striker has recently signed for Liverpool from Chelsea and now must take the new chance under Brendan Rodgers. Having failed at Stamford Bridge, pretty much, he now has the chance to be a major figure of a still ambitious club. Will have to put up with playing on the wing sometimes though, even if he doesn't want to.
15 - Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Is it the year of the Ox? I don't actually know. But in football it could be. The 19 year old winger is upcoming talent in English football and Arsenal are playing him at the highest level consistently. Watch out for his progress, exciting stuff. Mustn't get overplayed though.
14 - Tom Cleverley
The 23 year old English midfielder is one of Manchester United's main midfielders now after several years of early development, and he's able to play comfortably at the highest level. It will be interesting to see how long Cleverley can keep the goals and top performances coming, and how much success his side United can achieve in 2013.
13 - Zlatan Ibrahimovic
The Sweden captain, now 31 has been on fire at French side PSG, and it will be intriguing to see how he does in the Champions League in the coming months. Plus will he give us anymore exciting goals.. Seeing as everyone loves them so much.
12 - David Villa
Spain's all time leading goal scorer is out of favor at Barcelona, but he may well make a switch to the Premier League. If so ( or Italy) it will be very, very interesting and exciting to see how he gets on. Still a massive talent at 31.
11 - Shinji Kagawa
The Japanese attacking midfield got injured just a month into his Manchester United career, having signed in the summer, so now is his time to shine. The German Bundesliga player of 2011-12 is a very impressive talent. Watch out.
10 - Holger Badstuber
This 23 year old German center-back has been a fine addition to the Bayern Munich defense since signing professionally in 2007. He's already played 30 games for the mighty German national team and is one of the world's upcoming defenders.
9 - Demba Ba
The 27 year old Senegal striker has recently moved from Newcastle to Chelsea for around £7m but is now ready to play a huge part of the European Champions side this year. Already scored 2 on his debut, it'll be interesting to see how his time with Chelsea turns out.
8 - Thiago Alcantara
This 21 year old Spanish attacking midfielder is one of the next inline to be part of the magnificent Barcelona team. This year could be the year he begins to gradually break through into the starting 11 with Barcelona running away with the title.
7 - Jordi Alba
Another of Barcelona's bright young talents. The 23 year old has made the left back position his own for club and country. Having scored in the Euro 2012 final, 2013 is set for another tip top performance filled year.
6 - Radamel Falcao
At 26 it appears Radamel Falcao's career is very close to some cross roads. A new club that is. Spanish newspapers say he is ready to join Real Madrid in the summer, whilst other top European clubs are on the chase. Anyway, the Colombian is one of the world's finest strikers right now. Just watch him, GOAAALSSS.
5 - Lucas Moura
Lucas Moura is just 20, but is already one of Brazil's main attacking options. PSG have just signed him for over £40m from Sao Paulo and he's ready to tear up Europe.. and France. He's very fast and capable of magical moments. Manchester United wanted him, but PSG have more money. Watch out!!
4 - Gareth Bale
The 23 year old Welsh winger is now entering a year that could really tell us what type of player he is. If he grabs the chance to be the great player he sometimes looks to be, cuts out the diving and starts changing games consistently - we could be on to a really, really world class player. Let's wait and see.
3 - Santi Carzola
He may be 28, but that is known as the peak age for a footballer. 2013 could be the year Carzola proves he is just like the majority of the other top Spanish midfielders, world class. He's taking the Arsenal team by the storm, but needs to continue to do so, and be able to drive Arsenal forward more often. The tippy tappy style combined with two incredible feet, long shots and a football genius brain makes him a really great prospect for the coming year. Go Santi.
2 - Cristiano Ronaldo
You've probably now guessed who is number 1.. but, Ronaldo is still so very exciting to watch, and there is quite a lot still to be seen from the Portugal and Real Madrid forward. He has a return to Old Trafford to come in March as Madrid take on Manchester United and the question regarding his future still remains. But his ability has no questions surrounding it. Have we seen the best of him yet?
1 - Lionel Messi
How can it not be? The man who scored over 90 goals in 2012 is the only man I can recommend as Number 1 to keep an eye on this year. Will he be able to push for yet more goal scoring records? Or win back the Champions League and La Liga for his club, Barcelona. The world's best.
