Argentina are the next best thing to Brazil … on paper. Their biggest rivals will be hosting next summer’s FIFA World Cup, but like them, they have a very powerful squad where almost every single position is untouchable. The guys always put their heart and soul into each and every performance. However, they do face a bit of difficulty.

Their most difficult task is playing without one or tow of their most clutch players. One guy that comes to mind is none other than Lionel Messi himself. He is the leader of his club side Barcelona, and should be considered the same for his nation. His speed, skill and ability to play through almost anything is admirable. He almost never complains after being fouled and this is what makes him so respectable. He is a shoo-in to being one of the very best next summer.

Now, the team does have replacements such as Sergio Aguero, Gonzalo Higuain and Carlos Tevez, who are all good enough t fill in his shoes and perhaps score as many goals. They are not as individually skilled as the four-time Ballon d’Or winner, but they can still make a huge impact.

The midfield and defense of this team is a bit shaky, but that is only when it comes to the defensive standpoint. They are good enough to create attacking chances, but they could drop back a bit more to help the somewhat ready defense. Regardless, they are ready to win games and perhaps even go all the to the final.
