Trabzonspor won their Europa League group while their Italian opponents, Juventus finished third in their Champions League group campaign. Now, they will be facing off early on in the knockout stages of the second best European competition.

Juve have a star-studded squad who could easily go on to win this entire competition. They have a set midfield, defense and offense with one of the best veterans in the world protecting their goal. They should be nothing short of a shoo-in to win this series.

The Turkish side should not be taken lightly by any means since they do have quite a bit of talent on their own and have a decent track record against teams from the Serie A - they defeated Inter a couple of seasons ago in Italy and shared the spoils twice with Lazio this season en route to their group win. Their coach is also not half bad as he knows the region very well and has formed a remarkable relationship with his players. When they lose he helps them get better. When they win he celebrates then still makes them even better. He is slowly but surely becoming one of the best bosses in Turkey.

The one aspect that will make this series absolutely fun to watch is the fact that the the Italian champions exited the UCL after losing 1-0 in Istanbul against the Turkish champs, Galatasaray. Lucky or not, they have the chance to avenge a bit of that pain by playing against one of the lesser teams in the country. If they defeat them convincingly they will be sending a message that proves that their loss on a horrible field was nothing short of a fluke.

Now, we take a look at the best players from each side who are expected to give everything in this tie.
